If you’ve ever thought that the human condition was defined by flailing about like a lost fish out of the ocean, with a bunch of other lost fish who think they need to convince you that they are right and you are wrong, and nobody can know anything for sure until they’re back in the ocean, I’ve got some good news: It’s not.
There are universal truths that everyone can agree upon once they have been presented with irrefutable information.
Truths about specific spiritual traditions.
Truths about the integrity of specific public figures.
Truths you can no longer run away from or explain away with circular reasoning.
Truths that force the ego to take a seat.
Truth is Sovereign.
And yes, it is there – closer to you than the air – easy to access with muscle testing.
The one little caveat is that the two people involved in the muscle tests must be above the line of integrity on the Hawkins scale in order to access universal truths – but more on that later.
Let me tell you, when I first learned that it is easy to know the level of consciousness (vicinity to the Divine, vicinity to Enlightenment) of different philosophies and characters throughout history, I had put the book down and walk around for a bit.
The implications are enormous.
I am not going to risk copyright infringement by presenting the values of religions and teachers, although I can’t help but believe that they should be considered public domain. Instead, I will refer you to Truth vs. Falsehood: How to Tell the Difference by David Hawkins.
It is also a good idea to read The Map of Consciousness Explained and every other book by the same author. He was a brilliant man who served humanity well. His research and writings help steer us in the right direction (to higher levels of consciousness) in a way that is not smug or dogmatic.
He recognized that every level has its place in the nonlinear domain of Divinity. Thus, the reader can feel at peace with every aspect of creation where it currently resides – while remaining committed to raising her own consciousness.
All we can do is raise our own consciousness. It is the best gift we can give humanity. In raising our own consciousness, we raise the consciousness of those around us. Hawkins goes into splendid detail about this phenomenon in his books.
It is no longer ‘enough’ to be aligned with love instead of fear. We can no longer say that ‘this’ religion is at the same point in consciousness as another. Some are higher than others. It would be a good idea to examine our beliefs as we discover that certain texts may raise us to higher levels.
At the same time, we avoid spiritual vanity by acknowledging that where Uncle Ted remains today is fine for Uncle Ted. Religion has raised the masses up to higher levels of integrity throughout history. It has brought people out of shame and anger and into courage, willfulness, and logic. The latter states of being shaped the West and inspired great strides for health and longevity.
When we are exposed to more conscious teachers, texts, and modalities (those above logic and reason), we make a quantum leap into the realms of love and peace. These are the realms of miracles, unconditional love, and deep joy.
Note that while Christianity has fragments of love within its teachings, its overall value is lowered by the outmoded angry God/human blood sacrifice/cannibalism mythos. The teachings of all religions end up losing their original integrity over time as world dramas play out. Many religions claim that their members are favored by the Divine, and this claim feeds into the low-level illusion of separation. How odd, that many people go through their entire lives never questioning that the Divine is anything but unconditional love for all of its creation! Perhaps it is the wise kernels in their religions that cause them to settle for the whole cob.
You ask people to look at the individual kernels separately, and they defensively clutch the cob as if their lives depend on it! You can feel compassion and humor around this situation from a more expanded state.
Skepticism sits below the line of integrity (below 200); thus, skeptics who attempt to muscle test will get inaccurate results. Only those above 200 (courage and higher) will get results that are consistent across time and space. Courage is the beginning of truth, integrity, and reaching for God. Anything below Courage is considered ‘not life-affirming’. We would do well to investigate those that hold public office and those that have a large following. Are they above the line?
The late David Hawkins often ended his essays and lectures with the phrase Gloria in Excelsis Deo! This beautiful praise calibrates very high on his scale. Although many people associate it with Christianity, its essence is something felt by billions every day. It hits close to Home.
I am hopeful that in my lifetime, this planet will experience an unprecedented rise in consciousness. As more and more people embrace universal truths found via muscle testing, they will usher in a new era of self-actualization, individual sovereignty, and peace. Every step up on the rung of the scale leads to an exponential raise in consciousness which in turn raises others. The Divine is so powerful, so awe-inspiring, so eager to magnetize All!
